We are Counselors here to provide therapy services to all. Our aim is to reach clients with quality sessions and help them improve their life through working on their problems and building coping skills to deal with life challenges.
FOUNDERS NOTE
My passion for Mental Health and Counselling has led me to serve the community as a Counselor. I believe that everyone’s story deserves to be heard at some point in their lives.
The role of my job is not to give you advice or counsel, rather it is to be there for you and help you to achieve your objectives. I am dedicated to providing guidance and support to clients in need. The desire to learn new approaches and improve my knowledge drives me.

How long is a single session?
A single session usually lasts about 60 minutes (1 Hour).
Where do I attend therapy?
Therapy sessions are currently provided in Online mode via Google Meet.
Number of sessions suggested?
Generally the number of sessions will be suggested once when the client attends a session where the therapist understands the nature of client’s concern and recommends the ideal number of sessions required.
